Cold Cheesecake With Surprises Lotus


A sure recipe

Ingredients For Base:
250g finely grated lotus cookies
100g butter, melted
50 g white chocolate, coarsely grated

Filling surprise ingredients:
200 g (25 pieces) Cookies whole Lotus
Half-lotus paste jar

Ingredients for filling:
(500 g) 2 containers of cream 32%
180 grams of icing sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding Ainstink
(250g) 1 container of white cheese 5%
(500 g) 2 containers of cream cheese

** Square pattern size 20 * 20 or 24" circular pattern


Preparation:
- Spread the Lotus biscuits on a tray and salve them with the paste lotus, put in the freezer about 30-60 minutes.
- In A bowl, mix together the grated lotus cookies with a white chocolate grated. Add the melted butter and mix until all the mixture will be smooth. Flatten and tighten the padded bottom of the pan with parchment paper, evenly and equally. Refrigerate about 30 minutes to cool and forgea.
- Pour the cream into a clean bowl, while whipping Gradually add the icing sugar and Ainstink pudding.
Then add the cream cheese and white cheese in whipping
Lather until blended.
- Take out the Lotus cookies from the freezer and Cut them to a third or break them chunks.
- Put the cookies into the mixture and mix manually, so that all cookies are covered in a mixture.
- take the base from the fridge, and add the mixture evenly over the base.
- The pan with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
