How to make pesto sauce, cream and mushrooms



Pesto sauce, Cream and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
2 cups basil leaves
4 cloves of garlic
50g shredded parmesan cheese
50g toasted pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
Coarse salt, coarse black pepper
One cream
Fresh mushrooms
To serve: shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Put in a food processor the basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts and season with salt and pepper. Processors in short pulses until a unified mashed. Add slowly the olive oil until a pesto sauce is smooth.

Transfer to a pan or pot the Pesto Sauce. Add the cream and cook for a few minutes until it thickens the sauce. Add mushrooms we cut in advance, and stir.

Add pasta to the pan or pot and mix well (you can add more mushrooms or other other spices such as purple onion parsley and more ...

Divide personalized plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
