Cheese crescents

Dough Ingredients:
- 300g grated cheese
- 300g cottage / Eshel (possible to combine both)
- 50g butter
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Decoration:
- 2 eggs or water
- Parmesan cheese
- A preferred flavor spice mix for taste and age

Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together with a large and powerful mixer or by hand.
- With plastic stick wrap the dough and holding in the fridge for half hour, all the ingredients unite together.
- Line the bottom of pan with parchment paper and oiled it.
- From dough we make small crescents thumb.
- Dip the crescents in water or an egg, and then into the coating mixture. (flavor spice mix)
- Arrange the crescents in a pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in oven pre-heat (180 degrees) for 10-15 min.
- Arrange the crescents in a bowl or dish sprinkle with more Parmesan and waiting for cooldown and serve.
** Recommended to eat the croissants with apple or cheese **
