Recipe - Cuban roll

Cuban roll - roll with meat crispy cigar

Ingredients:
- leaves cigar
- Half an onioncut into cubes
- Parsley and cilantro, chopped
- Half a cup of pine nuts
- 500 grams of ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Spices to taste: salt, pepper

Topping:
- Breadcrumbs
- Sesame
- A liquid mixture of water with flour


- Deep frying pan


Instructions:
- Mix the beef, onion leaves, pine nuts, salt and pepper and a few crumbs Lhf together
- Fry until the meat turns into heat (cooking is not full)
- Cut the leaf Sigral dry surface and fill about 2 tablespoons each leaf.
- Roll up and close with the paste mixture of water and flour.
- Dip the roll in a liquid mixture of water and flour and then dipped in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.

- Serve with tahini sauce or mushroom sauce.

How to make cheese crescents

Cheese crescents

Dough Ingredients:
- 300g grated cheese
- 300g cottage / Eshel (possible to combine both)
- 50g butter
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Decoration:
- 2 eggs or water
- Parmesan cheese
- A preferred flavor spice mix for taste and age
(Sesame, salt, oregan



Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together with a large and powerful mixer or by hand.
- With plastic stick wrap the dough and holding in the fridge for half hour, all the ingredients unite together.
- Line the bottom of pan with parchment paper and oiled it.
- From dough we make small crescents thumb.
- Dip the crescents in water or an egg, and then into the coating mixture. (flavor spice mix)
- Arrange the crescents in a pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in oven pre-heat (180 degrees) for 10-15 min.
- Arrange the crescents in a bowl or dish sprinkle with more Parmesan and waiting for cooldown and serve.


** Recommended to eat the croissants with apple or cheese **

Tomato Sauce with Mystery Taste

Prep time 30-40 min.

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion - cut into small cubes.
- 2 large red tomatoes - cut into small cubes (or crushed in a blender).
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
- 2 heaping teaspoons tomato paste.
- 30g of powdered mushroom sauce.
- 2 cups boiling water.
- Spices flavor (salt, pepper, sweet paprika and hot, parsley)

PS
* For Blankets you can add tomato paste as needed.
* Have to wait about 5 min. between mixing.

Colorful Haman Ears For Purim

Cookies Called Haman Ears - in Israel For Purim Holiday (like halloween holiday)

Ingredients:
- (350 grams) 2 and a half cups flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Half a cup of sugar
- 3tsp orange juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 200g butter
- Food coloring free choice

Filling:
- chocolate spread
- Lotus paste
- Spread nuts
- Poppy
- Or everything you love


Preparation:
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the egg, orange juice and mix it. add the cubes of butter / margarine and mix it with your hands.
- Can divide the dough and add food coloring and mix well.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for half an hour.
- Roll out The dough on a floured surface and determine circles using a glass.
- Take a tsp of the filling desired and fold the dough into a triangle with easy tightening (see the video)
- Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.

Cupcake vegetables and cheese

A sure recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup of cottage
3 tablespoons yogurt Yoplait
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon of white bread crumbs
Ground black pepper
Salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
100g Flakes "valley" baking (cheese flakes)

Filling can choose one or vegetable to vegetable Carnival personal taste:
3/4 cup thawed peas
Thawed 3/4 cup mushrooms
Baby carrots 3/4 cup thawed
3/4 cup thawed cauliflower
Or vegetable Missing

** Outlets pattern slightly greased and lined with bread crumbs.

Preparation:
- Mix well the batter components.
- Place a tablespoon each socket template from the batter, spoon over it tablespoon of vegetable and over it a tablespoon  of another batter.

How to make pesto sauce, cream and mushrooms



Pesto sauce, Cream and Mushrooms

Sure recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups basil leaves
4 cloves of garlic
50g shredded parmesan cheese
50g toasted pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
Coarse salt, coarse black pepper
One cream
Fresh mushrooms
To serve: shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Put in a food processor the basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts and season with salt and pepper. Processors in short pulses until a unified mashed. Add slowly the olive oil until a pesto sauce is smooth.

Transfer to a pan or pot the Pesto Sauce. Add the cream and cook for a few minutes until it thickens the sauce. Add mushrooms we cut in advance, and stir.

Add pasta to the pan or pot and mix well (you can add more mushrooms or other other spices such as purple onion parsley and more ...

Divide personalized plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Cold Cheesecake With Surprises Lotus


A sure recipe

Ingredients For Base:
250g finely grated lotus cookies
100g butter, melted
50 g white chocolate, coarsely grated

Filling surprise ingredients:
200 g (25 pieces) Cookies whole Lotus
Half-lotus paste jar

Ingredients for filling:
(500 g) 2 containers of cream 32%
180 grams of icing sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding Ainstink
(250g) 1 container of white cheese 5%
(500 g) 2 containers of cream cheese

** Square pattern size 20 * 20 or 24" circular pattern


Preparation:
- Spread the Lotus biscuits on a tray and salve them with the paste lotus, put in the freezer about 30-60 minutes.
- In A bowl, mix together the grated lotus cookies with a white chocolate grated. Add the melted butter and mix until all the mixture will be smooth. Flatten and tighten the padded bottom of the pan with parchment paper, evenly and equally. Refrigerate about 30 minutes to cool and forgea.
- Pour the cream into a clean bowl, while whipping Gradually add the icing sugar and Ainstink pudding.
Then add the cream cheese and white cheese in whipping
Lather until blended.
- Take out the Lotus cookies from the freezer and Cut them to a third or break them chunks.
- Put the cookies into the mixture and mix manually, so that all cookies are covered in a mixture.
- take the base from the fridge, and add the mixture evenly over the base.
- The pan with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
